ILX Holdings III LLC (“ILX III”) is a Houston-based repeat joint-venture with Ridgewood Energy Corporation (“REC”).
The new entity, which represents the third partnership with REC since 2010, is focused on the same strategy of acquiring non-operated working interests in deepwater Gulf of Mexico in areas where first production is accelerated by accessing existing nearby infrastructure and where analogous discoveries are expected to increase the Company’s chance of success.
ILX III is managed by Kenny Lang (President and COO, REC) and other members of the ILX Holdings LLC ("ILX I") and ILX Holdings II LLC ("ILX II") team, both successful Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund IV and Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund V companies, respectively.
