NOTIFICATION OF 2015 INTERIM RESULTS AND INVESTOR CALL

Riverstone Energy Limited ("REL" or "the Company"), the closed-ended investment company, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2015, on Wednesday 29 July 2015.

Representatives of Riverstone International Limited will host an investor conference call in order to review developments in the Company's investment portfolio.
