Retirement of Directors

The Company announces that, following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the retirement of Richard Hayden and Peter Barker as non-executive directors of the Company. The Chair, Richard Horlick, extended the warm thanks and appreciation of the Board to Mr Hayden and Mr Barker for the outstanding contribution they had made to the Company during their tenure.
